Were COVID figures misrepresented by Bihar govt? | Debate

Within just a single day, a huge spike is being seen in the number of COVID deaths in Bihar. The figures were around 5000 a day ago and now they have crossed the 9000 mark. Since the revised figures have been out, a new controversy has begun.

Now, JDU is denying that the figures were hidden by the government stating that the deaths were reported in a scattered manner and the verification was done after. However, RJD has alleged misrepresentation.
