Unprepared Delhi stands exposed post rainfall | Ground Report

ABP News was on ground zero to report the reality of Delhi's drainage system. As soon as Delhi witnessed rainfall, there was water-logging and chaos. On the ITO road, a manhole was open but still, the water wasn't draining out as the drain was not clean. Take a look at the report
