Understand why was Defence Minister Rajnath Singh's Mohali address cancelled

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh was supposed to address two different programmes in Mohali and Panchkula. But his tour was cancelled due to farmers protest. Farmers sat on the same helipad for dharna where Rajnath Singh was supposed to land. Take a look at the report for more details.
