Third wave of Covid-19 to hit India by September: Experts

Witnessing a sharp decline, India recorded 3,29,942 fresh Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours with 3,876 fatalities, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said here on Tuesday.

As per the experts, the third wave of coronavirus is expected in September. On Friday, India had recorded the highest ever 4,14,188 cases.

The cumulative number of Covid-19 vaccine doses administered in the country has crossed 18 crore on Tuesday, over 90 lakh doses are still available while more than seven lakh will be dispatched within three days.
