The servers of three airlines have encountered a major technical glitch, affecting their services. IndiGo, Akasa Air, and SpiceJet have experienced problems with web check-in at several airports worldwide. Passengers are facing issues at major airports, including Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi. Akasa Air has informed passengers that manual check-in and boarding are being facilitated at airports.
The problem lies in the software used by IndiGo, Akasa Air, and SpiceJet for check-in. The check-in systems of these airlines are currently down, impacting flights across the country. All three airlines use the GoNow check-in system, which experienced a global technical glitch at 10:45 am. The airlines are working with Microsoft to resolve the issue.
