Special Trains: Blame game b/w Maha govt & centre over ticket charges

A lot of migrant workers, students and other stranded people reached their home towns amid lockdown through special trains and buses. In Maharashtra, the migrant workers express their helplessness when charges for the ticket of special trains were collected from them. Some even do not have money for food but they have to give money for train tickets. A blame game is going on between Maharashtra govt and the central government over the matter.
