The Tapovan tunnel is being cleared by the NDRF, Indian Army and ITBP Jawans in Uttarakhand's Chamoli. 35 people are allegedly trapped inside the tunnel and hence endless efforts are being made by the Jawans to pull all of them out. Right now, three vehicles have been spotted in the tunnel and the Jawans hope that people may be pulled out of the vehicles
