Shaheen Bagh inspires similar Anti-CAA protests in Prayagraj

The peaceful and organised protest at Shaheen Bagh in Delhi has inspired similar sit-in protests against the discriminatory Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj.

Women in Prayagraj have been staging protests against CAA for the last three days now. They began protesting peacefully at the Mansoor Ali Park against the act. The police and the administration have tried to put an end to the protest but in vain.
