Pranab Mukherjee accorded state funeral as last rites were performed
Former President Pranab Mukherjee's last rites were performed today. He was accorded full state honours during the last rites ceremony. During his last journey, there were welled-up eyes, emotional faces and a feeling of grief all over.
The ceremony was attended by many political dignataries of India. Earlier in the day, PM Modi and President Ram Nath Kovind paid their respects to the great leader.
