Mumbai: Pink train service to commence from today

The Central Railways has extended its services to 700 trains and out of these two would be pink trains (trains specially made for ladies to travel). The Central Railway CPRO tweeted, "CR to add 225 suburban services to the existing 481, making it total 706 from 19.10.2020 for staff as notified by Government of Maharashtra and approved by Ministry of Railways."

The service will be functional from 11 am to 3 pm and from 7 pm till the end of services daily.
