Manan Kumar Mishra assures action against those at fault

Bar Council of India's Chairman Manan Kumar Mishra has assured action against those advocated who would be at fault after the impartial probe which would be done by CBI. He added that the one who opened fire should be arrested as soon as possible. "One who opened fire is roaming around freely. He should be arrested by the police and the police officials have not done anything about it," he added
