Lockdown has failed in the country: Rahul Gandhi

In a video released by Congress on its Twitter handle, Rahul Gandhi can be seen saying, "The reason the lockdown has not done its jobs is because the lockdown wasn't carried out scientifically, it was carried arbitrarily. It was not done asking the stakeholders. We have to make it clear to the govt with one voice that if they don't transfer money to the people we are facing a catastrophe as a nation."
