Lata Mangeshkar passes away: Post-cremation ceremonies to take place today

Mumbai Lata Mangeshkar, popularly known as the "Nightingale of India" for capturing millions of people's hearts with her music over the course of a seven-decade career, died on Sunday in a Mumbai hospital after a long battle with Covid-19. Her last rites were performed at Shivaji Park. Lata Mangeshkar's nephew Deenanath Mangeshkar will bring her remains home today at 10:30 am.
