At the oath ceremony of Arvind Kejriwal, a supporter turned up in a peacock dress made of broom. The supporter called his dress "Kerji pankh." Arvind Kerjiwal will take oath for the third time as Delhi Chief Minister at Ramlila Maidan after AAP bagged a massive win in Delhi Assembly elections.
