HC likely to hear Google's plea against CCI over alleged data leak

Google has alleged that the Competition Commission of India (CCI) has leaked data and hence has filed a plea against it in the Delhi High Court. The court is likely to hear the plea today. 

Earlier, CCI refuted all the claims and said that the allegations were an attempt to frustrate the probe.
