Explained: What is Essential Defence Services Ordinance?

The Narendra Modi government came up with an ordinance to prohibit any kind of strikes by those engaged in essential defence services. The decision came up in the backdrop of the Ordnance Factory Board declaring to go on strike from next month against the government's decision to corporatize the OFB. Watch this video to know more.
