Delhi: Slow traffic due to water-logging created by rain

During the rainy season the roads of the capital Delhi have transformed themselves into swimming pools. The capital received its first heavy rain in the rainy season on Sunday, after which all the misdeeds of the government were exposed. In many other areas, people were troubled by the waterlogging. Hours of jam, many bad vehicles on the roads and DTC bus as well as pictures of people walking in water up to the knee became common.
