Congress asks how will govt ensure supply of essential goods during lockdown?

Leader of Congress in Lok Sabha, Adhir Ranjan Choudhary has asked the Modi government that how will they fulfill the basic needs of the people during the lockdown and how will they ensure that their demands are fulfilled? 

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced a 21-day national lockdown, till 14 April, as a measure to curb the outbreak of the novel Coroanvirus pandemic in the country.
