Can a bindi detect Coronavirus, Mumbai Mayor gives details

Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar was talking to ABP News about the new 'Bindi' which is being used to detect Coronavirus among people. She revealed how if the Bindi becomes colourless with time, then the person wearing the bindi would be suffering with the symptoms of Coronavirus.
