Bihar's law and order better than many states: Rajeev Ranjan

''Law and order situation cannot be termed as failed on the basis of just one or two incidents. If opposition is trying to target the government on this basis then they will have to specify it. Bihar people are able to differentiate between what happened in the regime of different governments'', says Rajeev Ranjan to ABP News.
