Amid BJP Vs AAP over Chhath puja, what is Congress saying?

Aam Aadmi Party and Bharatiya Janata Party are busy fighting over Chhath Puja in the polluted Yamuna River. The blame game began since the first visuals of polluted Yamuna and toxic froth surfaced. But now Congress has jumped into the controversy too. Congress said that none of the two parties was bothered about the puja or locals but were busy accusing each other of not fulfilling responsibilities.
