Amazon to provide 50,000 seasonal jobs in India

Indian economy has been wrecked by Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic with job losses on uprecedented scale. However, e-commerce company Amazon India has made an announcement that might bring some sort of relief. Amazon will provide 50,000 seasonal jobs as delivery personnel due to surge in demand during the lockdown. Amazon's Sr Vice President Amit Agarwal wrote on twitter, "We're committed to creating as many job opportunities while providing a safe working environment."
