Ghaziabad's Lal Kuan: Visuals of migrant labour exodus
A large number of migrant workers reached Lal Kuan bus stand in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad after walking on foot from Delhi, Gurugram and other places. Hundreds of migrant workers had gathered at Bus Station to take buses to their respective hometowns within the state. However, Centre has asked state governments to provide food, shelter and basic amenities to unorganised sectors’ stranded migrant workers to prevent a nationwide exodus of labourers.
