Captain Amarinder Singh has resigned from the post of Punjab CM. He could not complete his five-year term. He went to the Raj Bhavan and submitted his resignation to the Governor. Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh will address a press conference.  According to sources, the Congress high command has asked Chief Minister Amarinder Singh to step down as CM.
