Delhi: Milk scarcity after people hoard in bulk

After the announcement of the lockdown in the wake of coronavirus pandemic, peoplein Delhi indulged in panic buying and bought groceries in bulk. People also hoarded milk in large quantity which led to scarcity at the dairies. As per the guidelines, the educational institutions, theatres, museums, gyms and examination centres should remain closed and not grocery shops.
