Centre defends Vaccination policy, says overzealous intervention not required
Facing constant criticism over vaccination, the central government has put its side before the Supreme Court. Prior to the hearing of the case, the government, while filing an affidavit, has defended its Vaccination Policy and said that there is no need for the intervention of the court in this. The affidavit defended its policy, urged against "judicial intervention" and said "overzealous, though well-meaning, interference can lead to unexpected and unintended consequences".
