Captured: High speed car kills man in Jammu
A man died in Jammu's Talab Tillo after a high speed of a car hit him. The accident got captured in the CCTV footage. The video showed the car speed car trampled the person carrying garbage in his trolley. The collision was so fast that the person fell far away and there was no trace of his trolley found later. The person died on the spot.
