All eyes are on the two by-elections to be held in Bihar, Mokama and Gopalganj assembly constituencies. The nomination dates for the by-elections were from October 7 to October 14, which ended on Friday. Today, on the last day, RJD candidate of Mahagathbandhan Neelam Devi (Anant Singh Wife Neelam Devi) filed nomination. At the same time, BJP candidate Sonam Devi also filed nomination in Barh sub-division office. A total of seven candidates have so far filed their nominations for the Mokama assembly constituency.
