WATCH: Foreign Tourist Dances To Bollywood Hit Song 'Aankh Maarey' In Nepal

The Bollywood number to which the two women were dancing is a remake of "Aankh Maarey" song from the film Tere Mere Sapne released in the year 1996.

Dance and music transcend all social and geographic boundaries. This was evident in a video that has gone insanely viral on the social media. In the clip, a foreign tourist is seen grooving enthusiastically to the Bollywood song "Aankh Maarey" from the film Simba on a busy street of Nepal with a local woman. 

The dance moves of the woman stunned everyone present there. One could see people cheer and clap along with the music when she danced. She matched the Nepali woman dancing with her step by step. In fact, some might think she was the better dancer after seeing the video.

The now-viral clip shared on Instagram by TikTok Nepali has garnered over 6,00,000 views and 40,000 likes.

On seeing the video, on of the user wrote, "The way she moves she is definitely a professional dancer."

"Female Govinda. Dance Moves as smooth as Silk," wrote another.

While a third wrote, "Good to see tourist having such a fun. And very supportive new generation."

"She got some moves," a fourth user wrote.

The Bollywood number to which the two women were dancing is a remake of "Aankh Maarey" song from the film Tere Mere Sapne released in the year 1996.  It was originally composed by music director Viju Shah and was sung by Kumar Sanu and Kavita Krishnamurthy. Actors Arshad Warsi and Simran had featured in the original song.
