Kathputli or puppetry, a traditional play using rag dolls or puppets is still popular in many parts of the state that tourists love to experience during their visit. 

However, this tradition recently saw a change after a video of the puppet show was shared online.

Posted on Instagram by a woman named Simrita, the clip shows a man singing Shakira’s hit song 'Waka Waka' on dholak while his partner made the 'kathputli' dance to the beats of the track inside a small decorated set-up in Jaipur.

"Insert sound ‘Shakira, eres tú (Shakira, is that you)’?" read the caption of the post. While the  text insert read, "POV (Point Of View): You find Shakira outside of Amer Fort in Rajasthan."
