Bihar Man Gets Bitten By Venomous Snake, Arrives At Hospital With The Reptile: WATCH

A man was bitten by a Russell's Viper in Bihar's Bhagalpur. However, he caught the snake by its head and took it with him to a hospital.

A shocking video of a man holding a snake in his hand in a hospital is doing the rounds on the internet. The venomous reptile, which is enough to scare anyone with its sight, was captured by the man, whom it bit. However, the man didn't just stop there, he took the snake with him to the hospital, clutched in his hands as people present at the hospital recorded him from a distance.

The incident took place in Bihar's Bhagalpur and the snake that In the video is said to be Russell's Viper. The man can be seen standing inside the hospital building while holding the snake's head. A piece of cloth can also be seen tied on his arms. While he grips the snake's head with a hand, the rest of the body of the reptile wrapped around his neck.

Watching a snake this close in a man's hand, other patients and their attendants can be seen panicking. However, the man seems to be in a normal state. The attendant of a patient, lying on a stretcher then asks him to move aside. The  man then makes his way in the corridor, while people continue to record him on their camera. Another man then asked him to lie down still on the ground. He lies down on the ground, holding snake in the same way.

The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by Mukesh Singh. The caption read: "This is Bihar brother, here turmeric is applied to flying birds, then how can this snake dare to bite and run away… The video is from Bhagalpur. When the snake bit, the man caught hold of the snake and brought it to the hospital with him (in Hindi)." (sic)

The video has gone viral on social media and triggered mixed reactions from netizens. Some of the social media users hailed the man for his daring move, others expressed concern over the risks associated with bringing the venomous reptile to a hospital and putting the lives of other people in danger.

"If the doctor asks which snake you bit, uncle will directly show him, hey look, we have caught it and brought it here!!!" a netizen joked.

"Brother, this snake is Russell Viper which is equipped with deadly poison, so do not encourage such nonsense," another social media user wrote.

"Brother, this is Bihar, some people die out of fear, just look at their courage. The one who fought will win," another user wrote, praising the man.
