X owner Elon Musk has hailed Apple's new holiday-themed advertisement called 'Heartstrings' that showcased the new hearing aid feature of the AirPods Pro 2. Apple CEO Tim Cook shared this ad on X and praised the teams who made this product come to life. Cook's X post read, “I’m so proud of the many teams across Apple developing powerful technologies that are improving people’s lives. The Hearing Aid feature on AirPods Pro 2 uses your personalised sound profile so you can hear the moments that matter."

In a touching two-minute advertisement, Apple tells the story of a father struggling with hearing loss, which prevents him from fully enjoying his daughter’s voice as she grows up. At his wife’s suggestion, he tries the AirPods Pro 2, enabling him to clearly hear his daughter perform a heartfelt song on the guitar—a gift she received for Christmas. The emotional moment leaves the father visibly moved as the song concludes.

The ad was widely praised on social media for its heartfelt storytelling and was noted for steering away from Apple's typical "woke" advertising approach.
