The first day of the annual WWDC 2022 conference has come to an end. Major announcements include the M2 processor, new versions of MacBook Air and MaBook Pro, iOS 16, iPadOS 16, and watchOS 9.

We're hours away from witnessing the opening keynote of the Apple Worldwide Developer Conference 2022 (WWDC) which will be addressed by Apple CEO Tim Cook. The opening keynote will begin at 10:30pm IST and 10am PDT. Popularly known as WWDC, the annual event this year will not be fully virtual and the opening keynote is slated to begin at the Apple Park campus in Cupertino, California. The event can be live-streamed for everybody for free. The conference will run through June 6-June 10. The WWDC 2022 conference will give us a first peek at Apple's software that's arriving this fall.
The keynote address will be available via apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app and YouTube, with on-demand playback available after the conclusion of the stream.

Major announcements to expect at WWDC 2022
The major announcements expected from Apple at WWDC 2022 include the unveiling of iOS 16, iPadOS 16, macOS 13, watchOS 9, and tvOS 16, along with new Apple Macs, including a refreshed MacBook Air. Among all announcements, the most exciting is touted to be the iOS 16 which is likely to bring the always-on display to the upcoming Apple iPhone 14 lineup.

Free for all developers, the WWDC helps developers and designers explore the latest technologies, tools, and frameworks coming to Apple's iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS. It should be noted that this will be the first time since the coronavirus pandemic began that the WWDC annual conference will have some on-campus attendance of developers and Apple has tightened the Covid-19 prevention rules that need to be followed.

Prices Of New MacBook Air, MacBook Pro Announced
The new MacBook Air, which is powered with Apple's M2 chip, has been priced at Rs 1,19,900 in India and at Rs 1,09,900 for education. The new 13-inch MacBook Air has been priced at Rs 1,29,000 in India and at Rs 1,19,900 for education
