WhatsApp Update: 3 Features Of WhatsApp That Changed Experience For iOS & Android Users

WhatsApp has recently rolled out several new features. The new features will bring a different experience for the users.

New Delhi: The worldwide popular instant messaging app powered by Facebook - WhatsApp - has rolled out few new features for its users recently. These include features like 'View Once' and 'Add Participant' to calls. The important thing is that these features can be used by both Android and iOS users.

In addition, many more features will be updated soon on WhatsApp. Let's talk about WhatsApp features that the company has recently rolled out for its users.

'View Once' Feature

WhatsApp recently launched the 'View Once' feature. The 'View Once' feature automatically deletes a picture or video after the recipient has opened it. This feature is helpful to send temporary details like passwords.

'Add Participant' - Joinable Calls Feature

The 'Add Participant' or joinable calls feature was rolled out by the company only last month. This new feature is extremely convenient for someone who has missed a group call. This allows users to join a group voice call or group video call after it has started. If someone cannot join the group call at the beginning of the call, he/she can join the call in between. Earlier, users who would miss a call notification would have to ask the caller to add them again by dropping the entire call.

Chat Transfer Feature

This had been a highly requested feature for years from the users' side. The company recently announced that iOS users will be able to easily transfer their chats to Android devices. Earlier, there was no option to move chat history from one device to another. But after the company's announcement, users who want to use Android devices from iOS will definitely get much relief from this new feature.
