Micron Starts Mass Producing Memory Chips
Semiconductor frontrunner Micron Technology announced the commencement of volume production for its HBM3E (high bandwidth memory 3E) solution. This cutting-edge technology is poised to significantly decrease data center operating expenses, boasting a power consumption reduction of approximately 30 per cent compared to competitors. According to a statement by the US-based company, the 24GB 8H HBM3E will be integrated into Nvidia H200 Tensor Core GPUs, slated to be available for shipping in the second quarter of 2024.

Truecaller's Call Recording And AI Transcription Feature Now In India
Caller identification service provider Truecaller has expanded its call recording and artificial intelligence (AI)-powered transcription features to India. Initially launched in the US in June 2023, the company is now expanding this feature to additional regions. Both Android and iOS users will now have the ability to record incoming and outgoing calls and transcribe them using AI technology on Truecaller.
