Tech geeks have got all the reasons to celebrate today as two of the most awaited smart phones of OnePlus 9 series - OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9R are now out for sale in India for Amazon Prime members and Red Cable Club members.
In the flagship 9 series, the 9R device is an India-specific smartphone besides the two models launched worldwide. The company this time around has made a lot of buzz around its new state-of-the-art camera system in partnership with legendary professional camera manufacturer Hasselblad.

Both the smartphones, which were launched last month, will be available for purchase via Amazon for Amazon Prime members while the non-prime members will be able to buy the phone a day later, from April 15 staring 12pm (noon). The phone is also available on OnePlus website or OnePlus Store app for purchase starting 12pm (noon) for all the Red Cable Club members.
OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9R Prices in India
OnePlus 9 (8GB+128GB) will cost Rs 49,999 in India while the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model will be available for price Rs. 54,999.
On the other hand, the OnePlus 9R (8GB+128GB) will cost you Rs 39,999. It will also come in the 12GB+256 GB variant for Rs 43,999.
Buyers must note that you can avail a discount of Rs 3,000 on the OnePlus 9, and Rs 2,000 on the OnePlus 9R when the purchase is made using SBI credit cards and EMI transactions.
OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9R Specifications
OnePlus 9 is a "Flagship for flat screen lovers" as stated by the company. OnePlus 9 offers the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, Fluid Display 2.0 with a Display Mate A+ rating, and fast-charging with Warp Charge 65T and Warp Charge 50 Wireless.
As far as India-Specific OnePlus 9R is concerned, Indian users get Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 and the smartphone will run on OxygenOS based on Android 11. The phone packs a battery capacity of 4,500 mAh along with Warp Charge 65. The main camera is a 48 MP lens with a Sony IMX586 sensor, followed by a 16 MP Ultra Wide Angle lens, 5 MP Macro camera and Monochrome sensor of 2 MP and 16 MP.
OnePlus 9 comes in 3 colour variants: Winter Mist, Arctic Sky and Astral Black. In OnePlus R, users can choose between 2 colour options: Carbon Black and Lake Blue.
