This move follows the earlier release of a free iOS app in May, bringing the AI experience to a broader mobile audience. With this launch, users can now engage with Claude chatbot directly on their Android smartphones and tablets.

The new Claude Android app comes at no cost and integrates seamlessly with Anthropic's paid subscription tiers, including both Pro and Team plans.
