'Real Success Comes From...': Here's What Google Chief Thinks Can Help Crack Interviews

During the discussion, the interviewer asked Google CEO Sundar Pichai if he knew that an entire industry in India is built to help young Indians crack the FAANG interviews.

The Chief Executive Officer of Google, Sundar Pichai, in an interview recently emphasised the value of understanding things in a deeper way. In order to support his argument, he gave the reference of the 3 Idiots movie made by Rajkumar Hirani in which there was an infamous scene of how an induction motor starts. Pichai in a recent interview with content creator Varun Mayya, at Google headquarters, delved into a diverse range of topics, from the emergence of AI to India's position as a market for this new technology, and the popularity of FAANG jobs among Indians.

During the discussion, Mayya asked Pichai if he knew that an entire industry in India is built to help young Indians crack the FAANG interviews. He then asked, "How do you get out of the competitive exam mindset?"

Pichai while responding to this made a notable reference to the iconic induction motor scene from Aamir Khan’s 3 Idiots and said, "I think real success comes from understanding things in a deeper way." The Google CEO then explains his reply by mentioning the iconic induction motor scene from the film.

For the people who are not aware of it, FAANG is an acronym used for the American tech giants - Meta (Facebook), Amazon, Apple, Netflix, and Google (Alphabet).

Another wrote, "I have been following you for the last three years, and you always keep things new every time. Love you, Varun bro."

A third user wrote, "If you were an engineer in India what would you do?' he would leave India. That's the only correct answer."
