VIDEO: Jadeja shows dissent at umpire's decision, reprimanded

Rajkot: Gujarat Lions all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja was reprimanded by the match referee for showing dissent at the umpire's decision during the IPL match against Kings XI Punjab on Sunday. Jadeja was dismissed by Axar Patel for 11 (11) caught-behind by the keeper on the spinner's hat-trick delivery. The snick-o-meter vindicated the umpire's decision. "Mr Jadeja admitted to the level 1 offence (Article 2.1.5 of the IPL Code of Conduct for Players and Team Officials) and accepted the sanction." a statement from the IPL orgainsers said. For Level 1 breaches of the IPL Code of Conduct, the match referee's decision is final and binding. Kings XI beat Gujarat Lions by 23 runs.
