Remembering The Legacy Of NBA Legend Kobe Bryant On His First Death Anniversary
A year after the unfortunate incident, the grief has not gone away, with people around the world paying respect for Kobe, his team Lakers have decided not to commemorate the death, know why.
First anniversary of the death of NBA legend Kobe Bryant, who, along with his 13-year-old daughter Gianna and seven others, died in a helicopter crash on 26th January, 2020. The entire NBA universe and fans of Kobe remember him on his first death anniversary.

The 41-year-old NBA legend died along with his daughter Gianna, 13, when a helicopter they were travelling crashed into a hill in thick fog just outside Los Angeles. Kobe, nicknamed the Black Mamba, was survived by wife Vanessa and his other daughters Natalia, Bianca and Capri, who was born in June 2019.
Kobe’s wife Venessa Bryant had requested the public not to share the images of the crash, but many still dd. She had sued the LAPD for clicking and sharing the images of the helicopter crash. She now looks after Kobe Inc. a development firm founded by Kobe in 2013. The firm has continued to release new projects and young adult books since the 41-year-old disastrously died last year.
Kobe is a five time NBA Champion who won the competition in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2009, 2010 with The Lakers. In 2006, Bryant scored a career-high 81 points against the Toronto Raptors, the second-highest number of points scored in a game in NBA history.

His First Death Anniversary not to be commemorated by grief-stricken Lakers:
As reported, Lakers are still not completely over the loss of Kobe Bryant. The organization, per reports, does not plan to make it more difficult than it has been – not wanting to draw attention to the tragedy that would cause unnecessary trauma by remembering his death. That’s the reason why his wife Venessa also asked not to share photos of the helicopter crash.
The entire Los Angeles is grieving his death and is not able to forget the tragedy.
