IPL 2025 Updated Points Table, Most Runs, Wickets List After GT vs PBKS Match

IPL 2025 Updated Points Table: Check below the updated Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 points table, Orange Cap and Purple Cap list after the GT vs PBKS match.

IPL 2025 Points Table: Shreyas Iyer's brilliant unbeaten 97 guided Punjab Kings (PBKS) to a thrilling 11-run victory over Gujarat Titans (GT) in a high-scoring Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 clash on March 25 (Tuesday) at the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. With the win, PBKS joined Sunrisers Hyderabad, Chennai Super Kings, Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Delhi Capitals as the winners in their respective season openers this year.

After being put in to bat first, PBKS put up a mammoth total of 243/5. Captain Shreyas Iyer led the charge with a sensational unbeaten 97 off just 42 balls. Shashank Singh provided a fiery finish, scoring an unbeaten 44 off just 16 deliveries, while Priyansh Arya set the tone early with a 47 off 23 balls.

Chasing a formidable 244-run target, GT put up a spirited fight but fell short at 232/5. Opener Sai Sudharsan (74), Jos Buttler (54) and Shubman Gill (33) kept GT in contention, while Sherfane Rutherford’s explosive 46 raised late hopes. However, PBKS bowlers held their nerve in the final overs, with Arshdeep Singh starring with figures of 2/36.

With the win, PBKS now find themselves positioned third in the IPL 2025 points table.

Here’s a look at the updated IPL 2025 points table:
