'Absolute Game Changer': Virat Kohli Reveals 'Most Important And Underrated' Part Of His Workout - See Pic

Ahead of Ind vs SA 2nd T20I in Assam, Virat Kohli revealed the 'most important and underrated' part of his workout.

Virat Kohli Instagram: Rohit Sharma-led Indian cricket team made a superb start in the three-match T20I series against South Africa. The Men in Blue crushed South Africa by eight wickets in the Ind vs SA 1st T20 International match played in Kerala's Thiruvananthapuram on Wednesday. The heroes of the team India's win were Arshdeep Singh and Deepak Chahar, who broke South Africa's back by taking five wickets in the opening overs itself after the visitors were invited to bat first after losing the toss.

Team India, who are 1-0 up in the three-matchT20 series, will take on South Africa in Ind vs SA 1nd T20I at Guwahati's Barsapara Cricket Stadium. If India wins Ind vs SA 2nd T20I in Assam, they will seal the series 2-0. The third and final India vs South Africa T20 International will be played on Tuesday, October 4 at Holkar Stadium in Indore.

Meanwhile, former India skipper Virat Kohli's obsession with fitness is not new. The legendary batter's strong fitness regime motivates his teammates to push themselves to the limit. Ahead of Ind vs SA 2nd T20I in Assam, Virat revealed the 'most important and underrated' part of his workout.

”The most underrated and important part of my fitness right now. Foam rolling and trigger point release. Absolute game changer," wrote Kohli on his Instagram story.

In the first T20 match of South Africa, Virat Kohli could not do much with the bat and returned to the pavilion after scoring just two runs. Earlier, Virat Kohli's performance in the recently-concluded India vs Australia T20I series was excellent. In the third T20I vs Australia, Kohli played a match-winning innings of 63 runs to help Indian win the three-match T20 series 2-1.

Virat Kohli ended his lean patch in international cricket by scoring his maiden T20I (122 runs off 61 balls vs Afghanistan) ton in the Asia Cup 2022. Virat's performance in that tournament was excellent as he ended the tournament being the highest run-scorer for India.
