FIFA Release Statement After Fans Face Issues With Official Ticketing App
FIFA released a statement, asking football fans to calm down, also letting everyone know that they had come up with a solution.
FIFA World Cup 2022: FIFA, Monday, released an official statement after several fans complained that they weren't able to get the access to tickets on FIFA's official ticketing app, possibly due to a technical glitch.

The incident left fans furious who also raised the issue on social media platforms. Reacting to this, FIFA released a statement, asking football fans to calm down, also letting everyone know that they had come up with a solution.

"Some fans are currently experiencing an issue with accessing their ticket VIA the FIFA Ticketing app. FIFA is working on solving the issue. In the meantime, fans who are not able to access their mobile tickets should check the email accounts they used to register for the Ticketing app for further instructions. In case fans cannot access their email accounts, the stadium's Ticket Resolution Point will be able to support. We thank fans for their understanding as we work to fix the issue as soon as possible," their statement read.

Controversies and the ongoing FIFA World Cup seems to be going hand-in-hand. England is playing their first World Cup match against Iran on Monday. However, the high-octane clash saw a controversial scene unfold when Iran's national soccer team refused to sing their national anthem in support of anti-government protesters back at home, reported Reuters.
Earlier in November, Iran's national beach football team had refused to sing the national anthem ahead of their match against the United Arab Emirates in Dubai.
