Twitter Trolls Vijay Shankar For Posting Shirtless Pictures

''World cup mein mushkil se 30 run banaye honge aur Chala body dikhane'', wrote a Twitter user

Months after creating hype on his World Cup selection over Ambati Rayudu, all-rounder Vijay Shankar has once again made headlines due to his latest social media post. The Tamil Nadu cricketer may have been away from national duties for a while, but he has done an impressive job on his fitness. To reveal that, he shared a body transformation picture on his social media accounts. “The sweat, the time, the devotion. It pays off! #TransformationTuesday,” Vijay Shankar captioned the photo on Twitter and Instagram on Tuesday. His hard work was appreciated by many users including his teammates Hardik Pandya and Shreyas Iyer. However, some came forward to troll him for his average performance in the World Cup. Shankar has represented India in 12 ODIs, scoring 223 runs at an average of 31.85. He has also claimed 4 wickets at an average of 52.50 in the format. In T20Is, he has scored 101 runs from 9 matches at an average of 25.25. He has also taken 5 wickets at an average of 38.20.
