Shardul Thakur Becomes First BCCI Contracted Cricketer To Start A Net Session

A few days back it was announced that the stadiums and sports complexes are opening and following that Shardul became the first cricketer to do a net session

New Delhi: Shardul Thakur became the first BCCI contracted Indian cricketer to start his proper practice session. The Indian fast bowler started his practice at the Palghar Dahanu Cricket Ground in Mumbai. A few days back it was announced that the stadiums and sports complexes are opening and following that Shardul became the first cricketer to do a net session. Cricketers like Mohd. Shami who lives in a farmhouse had been doing his running and little bit cricketing drills inside his house since last few days. Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Wriddhiman Saha, Ravindra Jadeja everyone was doing their fitness drills inside their apartments and houses and are expected to come back to proper net session very soon. Shardul bowled 5 overs today and looked pretty good. People who saw him at the Palghar Dahanu Cricket ground said he bowled with his well-known accuracy. ABP News had a word with Shardul's childhood coach Dinesh lad. He said, " Shardul has started his net sessions and it is expected that he will get back his rhythm very soon".
