Jayant Yadav's father passes away

New Delhi: Team India off spinner Jayant Yadav’s father Jai Singh passed away after prolonged ailment on Thursday.


Jayant's father Jai Singh was suffering from kidney and liver failure for some time now and breathed his last breath on Thursday morning. He was cremation happened at 3pm at lodhi road on the same day.


Jai Singh, a first class cricketer himself had been Jayant’s coach for many years. He was an Air India employee and reportedly had cordial relation with many of the Indian cricketers. 


Jayant recently made his Test debut against England but lost his place in the Indian team after an injury. He scored a match winning hundred as well as taking crucial wickets in the series. He plays for Delhi daredevil's in the IPL.
