Apart from the Indian Coast Guard (ICG) and police from Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, and Karnataka, the exercise will include personnel from customs, the Central Industrial Security Force, the Department of Fisheries, the Directorate General (Shipping), port authorities, oil handling agencies, the Directorate General of Lighthouses and Lightships, and other relevant state and central agencies, according to Captain Sunil Menon, Command Coastal Security Officer of the Indian Navy. There will be two phases to the drill.
