Actress Amrita Singh celebrates her birthday today. Her daughter Sara Ali Khan made it special by sharing a series of pictures in which she can be seen posing like her mom.

Sara also penned a heartfelt note for her mother. Taking a look at the pictures, one can easily say that the ‘Atrangi Re’ actress is the carbon copy of her mommy, who ruled the silver screen in the 80’s.

Wishing her mother on her birthday, Sara wrote, “Happy Happy Happy Birthday Mommy. Thank you for always showing me the mirror, but still always motivating me, encouraging me and inspiring me.”

She further added, “I promise to always try my hardest to make you happy and proud and I will try everyday to imbibe a fraction of the strength, brilliance, grace and beauty you exude.”

Sara’s post has left social media users in awe of the beauty of both Amrita and Sara. Several users were also quick to comment that Sara is indeed the exact replica of her mom.

Sara Ali Khan is the daughter of Amrita and Saif Ali Khan, who separated in 2004. Amrita also has a son Ibrahim with Saif.
