Watch Video: Tej Pratap Yadav dresses up as Lord Shiva, performs puja

The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and former Bihar health minister Tej Pratap Yadav offered prayers at a Shiva Temple in Patna ahead of his visit to Baba Baidyanath Dham in Deoghar.

New Delhi: Lalu Yadav’s elder son Tej Pratap Yadav who is known for being in limelight was again able to garner attention when he dressed up as Lord Shiva on Tuesday. The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and former Bihar health minister Tej Pratap Yadav offered prayers at a Shiva Temple in Patna ahead of his visit to Baba Baidyanath Dham in Deoghar. In the video shared by ANI, the RJD leader is seen wearing a tiger-print lower and saffron-colored vest. He was performing puja along with the priests in the temple. Earlier this week, Former Bihar Minister Tej Pratap Yadav did not predict that the bicycle that he ventured on to protest against rising petrol and diesel prices would actually make him ‘bite the dust’. Visuals showed him taking a steep right while taking over the jeep of his security personnel. While doing so, his bike skid along the road and he plunged on to the ground. Fortunately, he did not suffer injuries as his entourage immediately jumped in to lift him up. When Tej Pratap was tying a knot with his then-fiancee Aishwarya Roy, posters starring Tej Pratap as Lord Shiva and Aishwarya Roy as Parvati sprung up outside the Yadavs' residence at 10, Circular Road.
