WATCH: Pathankot attack martyr's brother, wife assaulted in Gurdaspur
New Delhi: Pathankot martyr Kulwant Singh's brother and his wife were physically assaulted in Punjab's Gurdaspur over an alleged dispute with a travel agent.
The duo had to be admitted to the hospital after the thrashing by both men and women.
CCTV visuals show Kulwinder Kaur being dragged by her hair, kicked and beaten when her husband Hardip Singh had gone to recover Rs 5 lakh from the agent. Police have registered a case against 11 people who have gone missing. Hawaldar Kulwant Singh was killed by terrorists in the Pathankot terror attack in January last year. He was among the seven security personnel who lost their lives when four terrorists sneaked in from across the border and attacked the Pathankot air base on the intervening night of January 1 and 2 last year.
